A quick overview of how to get from "I have an idea of who I want to sell to" to a ranked, actionable prospect list.
Start from the Upload screen in the app. You can bring in existing customers or prospects three ways:
In the ICP Configurator, set the criteria that define a good-fit account: revenue and company size range, target geographies, industries, and client status. Every criterion is optional. A group with nothing configured is excluded from scoring entirely; it's never silently treated as a pass or a fail.
You can also tune the relative weight of each criterion in the Scoring Weights panel, so the fit score reflects what actually matters for your business, not a fixed formula.
Once your ICP is set, run Similar Accounts to discover real lookalike companies matching your criteria, or view everything scored so far in Ranked Accounts. Every account gets a 0–10 fit score with a breakdown of exactly why it scored the way it did.
Open any account to see its generated brief, covering business context, why it's a fit, and conversation starters, and export it as a PDF, or export the full ranked list to CSV, Google Sheets, or your CRM.
The Company Intel screen surfaces recent news, funding, and website changes for your tracked accounts, so you can time outreach around real signals of buying intent rather than reaching out cold.
Growth-plan workspaces get REST API access for pushing accounts in and pulling ranked results out programmatically. API keys are managed from Settings inside the app. Full endpoint reference is being finalized; reach out via a demo request if you need API access before it's published here.
This page covers the basics. For anything not covered here, request a demo and we'll walk through your specific setup.
