Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Jelect ("Jelect", "we", "us") is a B2B SaaS product operated by Arenzo, providing account selection and prospect-list tooling to business customers ("you", your workspace"). This policy explains what data we collect through the Jelect web application and website, and how it's used.

2. What we collect

• Account data you provide or connect: company records you upload via CSV or sync from a connected CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), and any Ideal Customer Profile criteria you configure.
• Account data we look up: for lookalike discovery and enrichment, Jelect looks up publicly available information about companies (firmographics, public registry data, company news) to score and describe prospect accounts.
• User account data: your name, work email, and workspace membership, used to authenticate you and scope your data to your own workspace.
• Usage data: basic technical logs (e.g. request timestamps, error logs) needed to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use it

• To provide the core product: scoring accounts against your ICP, generating account briefs, and surfacing company news.
• To authenticate you and enforce that your workspace's data is only visible to your workspace.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

We do not sell your data, or the data of the companies in your account lists, to third parties.

4. Where data is stored

Application data is stored with Supabase, a hosted PostgreSQL database provider, with row-level security enforcing that each workspace can only access its own data. Enrichment and lookalike-discovery lookups query publicly available web sources and registries at the time an account is scored or refreshed.

5. Data sharing

We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate Jelect (database hosting, application hosting, and transactional email for account invites and password resets). These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us, under their own applicable data processing terms.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR for users in the EU/EEA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact your workspace administrator or get in touch.

7. Data retention

We retain account and workspace data for as long as your workspace is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational purposes, unless you request earlier deletion.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
